By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Estimated Delivery Window
   Pre-order items are expected to ship around 3-4 weeks after purchase date. This date is an estimate and is subject to change based on production or supplier delays. We will notify you of any major changes.

2. Full Payment Required
   Payment is taken at the time of purchase to secure your item. This ensures your order is reserved and included in our production run.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
   Pre-orders can only be canceled 24 hours within of purchase. After that, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

4. Updates
   We’ll keep you updated on the progress of your pre-order via email and/or text. You can also check our Instagram for the latest info.
